Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Apex Auto Spa services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership Use

Memberships are vehicle-specific and non-transferable. Each membership is valid for one vehicle only, identified by license plate number at the time of registration.

• Members must present valid membership identification at each visit
• Memberships include unlimited washes during operating hours
• Specialized services may require advance booking
• We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles that pose safety concerns

3. Payment Policy

Membership fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By signing up, you authorize Apex Auto Spa to charge your payment method on file.

• All payments are processed securely through our payment processor
• Failed payments may result in membership suspension
• Refunds are not provided for partial months
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

4. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting support at least 7 days before the next billing date. Memberships remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused services within a billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

Apex Auto Spa takes great care in providing quality services. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to vehicles
• Damage caused by vehicle defects or poor maintenance
• Items left in vehicles (please remove valuables before service)
• Delays due to weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control

Any claims for damage must be reported immediately before leaving the premises.

6. User Conduct

Users agree to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff and other customers. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate memberships for abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Connecticut state law. Both parties agree to waive the right to a jury trial.

8. Changes to Terms

Apex Auto Spa reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
